Bus Stop Parisienne

Went to Leicester this weekend. Here is a picture of a bus stop by the river Seine - taken on my fleeting visit to Paris last Thursday.

I like Paris. Why, I even tried to speak French, which I can't (niveau ecole comprehensive) so they liked me as well. People are usually surprised to find out Parisians can be friendly.

I'm glad you added that final sentence; I was flummoxed trying to make the connection between Leicester and the Seine.

David: I have to admit that I've never spent sufficiently long a time in Paris to be able to determine how friendly its people are - but I would have to take your word for it!

Vicky: I hope you concluded "Leicester is so boring - here are some pictures of Paris instead" ! (That's what was meant anyway!) Cheers!
